Congratulations to fourth grade teacher Cheryl Lavoie, who received the Golden Apple Award for Excellence in Teaching today at a surprise visit to her classroom. Channel 10 News, along with Commissioner of Education Angelica Inifante-Green presented Cheryl with her award in front of her students, colleagues, and almost 30 members of her family this morning!
The event will be aired on channel 10 during the 6:00 news on March 12th.
